Orders received before 2 p.m. Central Standard Time Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders received after 2 p.m. Central Time will be processed the next business day. Delivery is made either through UPS or U.S. Postal Service. UPS orders delivered Monday through Friday only. Deliveries to APO/FPO Military addresses are made via standard shipping only and may take longer.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Montani Cosmetics Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier. Investigation of lost orders shipped via Standard Shipping will begin 10 business days have passed since date of shipment.

International shipments

We can ship to international destinations via UPS, Fedex or U.S. Postal Service. A courier fee will be provided in advance and the total cost of merchandise and courier fees will be charged to the credit card in advance. Montani Cosmetics Inc. Is not responsible for any import duty, custom fees or other delivery charges or confiscation or loss of merchandise by courier (any claims for loss shall be responsibility of purchaser). Customer is ultimately responsible for initiating a claim for loss or damage of merchandise directly with courier. Customer must specify if additional insurance must be added to the shipment above covered amounts by courier.
